President Federation Cup Round of 32 Fixtures Confirmed as Defending Champions Kwara United Begin Title Defence

The race for Nigeria’s oldest and most prestigious domestic cup competition resumes on Sunday, June 1, as the Round of 32 fixtures of the 2026 President Federation Cup get underway across different centres in the country.

Defending champions Kwara United will begin the defence of their crown against Sokoto United in Abuja, as several heavyweight clashes headline the next phase of the competition.

Kwara United secured their first-ever national cup title in dramatic fashion last season after defeating second-division surprise package Abakaliki FC 4-3 on penalties following a goalless draw in regulation time.

The Round of 32 fixtures are scheduled to take place on June 1, 2026, at various venues nationwide, with clubs battling for places in the last 16 of the competition.
