Chelsea Push for Jamie Bynoe Gittens as Initial 35M Bid Rejected by Dortmund

Chelsea have made a strong move in their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, submitting an initial offer exceeding €35 million in recent hours. Although the proposal was turned down by the Bundesliga club, negotiations remain active, with Chelsea preparing to return with an improved bid.
According to reports from Fabrice Hawkins, Bynoe-Gittens has already agreed to personal terms with the Blues, signaling his desire to make the switch to Stamford Bridge. As talks continue, Chelsea are expected to include performance-based add-ons in their next proposal in a bid to convince Dortmund.
Manchester City, who previously sold Bynoe-Gittens to Dortmund, are understood to hold a 10% sell-on clause, which will be activated should the deal go through.
