Ibom Air Seals ₦200 Million Shirt Sponsorship Deal with Akwa United

Ibom Air has become the Official Shirt Sponsor of Akwa United FC after signing a ₦200 million (50% in-kind) two-year partnership deal.
The signing ceremony, held at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, marked a significant milestone for both parties. Ibom Air’s CEO, George Uriesi, reaffirmed the airline’s commitment to community growth and youth development through sports.
Akwa United Chairman, Joseph Eno, and the State’s Sports Commissioner, Elder Paul Bassey, described the deal as a timely boost for the club’s rebuilding process and a strong step toward advancing the ARISE Agenda for sports development in Akwa Ibom State.
The event also featured the unveiling of Akwa United’s new jersey and media interactions.
