Enyimba FC, have officially announced the signing of Brown Ideye, a seasoned forward and former Super Eagles star. The 36-year-old forward, who played a pivotal role in Nigeria’s 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) triumph, joins the Aba-based club to bolster their attack for the ongoing season.

Brown Ideye, a Member of the Order of the Niger (M.O.N), brings a wealth of experience to Enyimba, having played for top clubs including West Bromwich Albion in the English Premier League and Olympiacos in Greece. Known for his clinical finishing and leadership on and off the pitch, Ideye is expected to add firepower to the People’s Elephant as they chase both domestic and continental glory.

At the unveiling ceremony, Ideye expressed his excitement about joining Enyimba. “This is a homecoming for me, and I’m looking forward to giving my all for this great club. Enyimba has always been a symbol of excellence in Nigerian football, and I’m proud to be part of the team,” he stated.
